Delivery and shipping charges

You have the choice of receiving your order via any of the following methods:

1) Courier delivery at your house (valid only for certain postcodes explained in ACS Zone 1 below) - The delivery charge is €5 (VAT Included)
 
2) Pickup from any of our courier’s stores (see ACS Courier store network ) - The delivery charge is €3 (VAT Included)

3) Collection from any Mocassino shop of your preference. Payment at MOCASSINO shop with no obligation on the buyer’s part to purchase the item.

If you have selected the second or third method, please wait for call from a representative in order to inform you when (usually the next working day) your order will be ready for collection, before visiting the shop or the courier store.

A slight delay in shipping might occur during holiday periods (Christmas, Easter and summer).

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the ordering party. All delivery requests will be carried out and delivered to your door by ACS Courier (Cyprus). The delivery charge is €5 (VAT Included) for delivery at your house and €3 (VAT Included) for delivery at the ACS Courier store of your preference.

Payment

Prices include VAT. Payment may be made using a valid credit card issued by one of the following companies, MasterCard and Visa, processed by JCC Payment Systems Ltd. The goods shall remain our property and shall not be dispatched before payment has been received in full.

Cancelation & Return Policy

Υou can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods purchased (or last good, lot or piece if it relates to goods or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately).You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by sending a written notification with your order details to our support department requesting cancellation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days' cancellation period has expired and return the item via our return centre. Υou must send back (return) the goods to us in its original condition no later than 14 days from the day on which us you communicate your cancellation, unopened with all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Used goods and goods without all their labels and original signage will not be accepted as undamaged. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The return costs must be borne by the ordering party. In the event that you exercise your right of return of the goods, the purchase agreement shall lapse at the time of the receipt of the same goods at MOCASSINO e-commerce site.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfilment centres (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 additional business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

You should note that the responsibility of the proof for the date of written notice is borne entirely by the client. Therefore, it is recommended that in case the client opts to inform us with a written notice through the post, the letter should be sent through registered post.

Written notice can be given either via a clear email, fax or letter for your intent to cancel your purchase with the relevant details or you can use the following wording:

Reservation of title

MOCASSINO reserves the title to the purchased product, up until the final settlement of the amount in the delivery agreement.

Defect warranty and liability

The guarantee period for products purchased through MOCASSINO e-commerce site is 2 months from the invoice date. In the event of a guarantee claim, the products must be presented directly to MOCASSINO stores for inspection. Any costs of return of goods shall be borne by the customer. The guarantee extends to all defects which appear during the agreed guarantee period, insofar as these are demonstrably attributable to poor material or defective manufacture. At the discretion of the seller, the liability shall be limited to the repair, the replacement or the reimbursement of the invoice sum of the defective goods. Further claims of the buyer shall be excluded. In particular, MOCASSINO shall not be liable for damages attributable to improper use, or natural wear, or for damages which do not arise in the object of the delivery itself (consequential harm caused by a defect). Any modifications or repair work performed without our consent or the written consent of the manufacturer as well as failure to adhere to the General Terms and Conditions shall abrogate the warranty liability.
