TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
GOVERNING LAW
The Conditions of Use together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance the relevant Cyprus law and the relevant courts of the Republic of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of products through the MOCASSINO e-commerce site and for all information, documents, graphics, films for which music and/or other services which are displayed within.
Drawings, depictions, images, photographs, details, technical data, dimension and product descriptions shown in the MOCASSINO
e-commerce site are non-binding and are subject to change. We reserve our rights to eventual product changes /replacements.
For optimum use of the MOCASSINO e-commerce site, for smooth running of eventually placing articles in the e-commerce site shopping cart and payment procedures, please amend your browser settings to allow both cookies as well as pop-ups.
Contractual conclusion and withdrawal
By virtue of the presentation of our goods, you are invited to submit your request in the form of a purchase order. By accepting your offer we will send you a purchase confirmation by email within one hour. By the same token we shall also inform you by return email if we are not able to accept your order. In the event that despite the acceptance of your order, goods are eventually not available, we have the right to withdraw from the agreement.
In this event we will inform you promptly about the non-availability of the ordered goods and if you have already paid for these, we shall immediately reimburse in full. All order quantities accepted apply to standard household quantities.
Please note that online sale of our goods within our e-commerce site may only be performed within the free boundaries of the Republic of Cyprus.
Right to Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a transaction at each of the following stages with the corresponding withdrawal process as per below:
1) Checkout phase: You can click on each of the items in the shopping cart in the Remove column (first column from the left in the table) and then press the button “Update cart”. Following the clearing of your shopping cart you can log out and close your browser or continue shopping accordingly.
2) Shipping Address: You can click on the back button of your internet browser and go back to your shopping cart. To clear your shopping cart you can follow the process in part 1 of the current list in order to withdraw from the transaction.
3) Billing Address: You can click on the back button of your internet browser and go back to the Shipping Address section. From then you can follow the process in part 2 of the current list in order to withdraw from the transaction.
4) Shipping Method: You can click on the back button of your internet browser and go back to the Billing Address section. From then you can follow the process in part 3 of the current list in order to withdraw from the transaction.
5) Payment method: You can click on the back button of your internet browser and go back to the Shipping Method section. From then you can follow the process in part 4 of the current list in order to withdraw from the transaction.
6) Payment Info: You can click on the back button of your internet browser and go back to the Payment Method section. From then you can follow the process in part 5 of the current list in order to withdraw from the transaction.
7) Order Confirmation: You can click on the back button of your internet browser and go back to the Payment Info section. From then you can follow the process in part 6 of the current list in order to withdraw from the transaction.
Order Procedure
You can select items to be added to your shopping cart by clicking on the “details” button of a product, selecting the size and colour, and then by selecting the “Add to cart”. When you are done with your selection of items you select the “checkout” button on the Shopping Cart selection to take you to the Shopping Cart in the left hand side of the website or by selecting the “Shopping Cart” button on the top right hand side of the website. The following order procedure is then followed:
1) Checkout phase: You check all the selected items in the shopping cart and see if you are in agreement with your selection. You then click on the terms and conditions and read them. If you are happy with the terms and conditions you click that you have read them and select the “checkout” button.
2) Shipping Address: You confirm the address you have on file as your preferred Shipping Address otherwise you are allowed to select a new one by filling in the details under the section “or enter new address”. You either select “Ship to this Address” to use an existing one or if you have filled in the details of a new address you select the “next” button to proceed with the new address to the next section of the Order procedure.
3) Billing Address: You confirm the address you have on file as your preferred Billing Address otherwise you are allowed to select a new one by filling in the details under the section “or enter new address”. You either select “Billing to this Address” to use an existing one or if you have filled in the details of a new address you select the “next” button to proceed with the new address to the next section of the Order procedure.
4) Shipping Method: You select one of the three available shipping methods. If you select “in store pick up” you will then nee to select one of the stores. The next step is to add your comments, if applicable, and then press the “next” button in order to proceed to the next section of the Order procedure.
5) Payment method: You can click on one of the two available payment methods and the press the “next” button.
6) Payment Info: According to which method you have selected you need to follow a different procedure. For in store pick up you confirm reservation of the products in one of the stores and you press the “next” button. For payment via the internet you select your type of card, fill in your payment details and press the “next” button.
7) Order Confirmation: You review your order summary and if you are in agreement with the breakdown of items and prices you then select the “confirm” button in order to complete your purchase order and submit it to the website for execution.
Right to Correct Order
You have the right to correct your order at each of the following stages with the corresponding correction process as per below:
1) Checkout phase: You can click on each of the items in the shopping cart in the Remove column (first column from the left in the table) and then press the button “Update cart” to remove unwanted items or by typing in the new preferred quantity in the column listing the preferred quantity. Following the finalization of your shopping cart preferred items you select agreement to the terms and conditions, if you have read them, and press the button “checkout”.
2) Shipping Address: You can enter a new address if you prefer or you can go to “My account” on the top banner of the website and correct your existing Shipping Address details.
3) Billing Address: You can enter a new address if you prefer or you can go to “My account” on the top banner of the website and correct your existing Billing Address details.
4) Shipping Method: If you select a wrong Shipping Method and press “next” in error you can select the back button of your internet browser and you will be returned to this screen to correct your choice.
5) Payment method: If you select a wrong Payment Method and press “next” in error you can select the back button of your internet browser and you will be returned to this screen to correct your choice.
6) Payment Info: If you select the wrong Payment Info and press “next” you can click on the back button of your internet browser and go back to the Payment Info section to reselect.
7) Order Confirmation: If you press “confirm” for your order there is no way back. You can click on the back button of your internet browser and go back to the Payment Info section if prior to pressing the “confirm” button at the Order Confirmation section.
You also have the flexibility to go to each section separately by selecting the “Modify” button on the right hand column next to the seven steps of the order process.
Access to Historical Orders
Your order upon confirmation will be logged electronically and this can be traced by logging into your user account in the future. All your historical orders can further be examined in your user account as these are saved for the entirety of the relationship of the user with the online store.
Official Language for the e-Shop
This e-Shop will provide all services and transactions in English and no other language will be acceptable for communication with Mocassino in a durable medium. This is further applicable to the Return / Cancellation of Order policy.
